The Role
We are looking for a motivated and talented IT Support Engineer to join a close-knit team in Bangor. If you're passionate about technology, love solving problems, and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you.

Your Role & Impact:
You'll be a key player in the team, providing both remote and on-site support. You will have the autonomy to manage your own projects and build direct relationships with clients. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and effective technical solutions.
- Managing and resolving support tickets from start to finish in a PSA system.
- Handling IT projects, from system migrations to new hardware rollouts.
- Proactively monitoring client systems to prevent issues.
- Visiting client sites to provide on-the-ground support (mileage reimbursed).
- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and helping clients navigate IT changes.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Stack: Windows & Office, Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V).
- Microsoft 365: Administration of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewall configuration.
Desirable skills but not essential:
- Experience with ticketing systems like Autotask PSA.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datto RMM.
- Knowledge of Intune, PowerShell, or cloud-managed endpoint security.
- Experience with common business software, such as Sage products.
