The Role

As an Agentic Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and integrating AI agents capable of independent reasoning, decision-making, and collaboration across their digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with their product, data, and software teams to build adaptive solutions that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and enable smarter business processes. This is an opportunity to shape how next-generation AI is applied in a fast-moving SME environment—balancing hands-on technical work with strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
  • Integrate multi-agent systems into existing software products and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver agentic solutions.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for task-specific reasoning, retrieval, and planning.
  • Develop scalable backend systems to support autonomous decision-making and communication between agents.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agentic performance and reliability.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 3+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning roles.
  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
  • Experience with LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
  • Understanding of agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Desirable:

  • Experience in small, agile teams or start-up/SME environments.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, RAG systems, or AI orchestration platforms.
  • Interest in autonomous systems, cognitive architectures, or workflow automation.
