I'm currently partnering with a growing consumer-focused business to recruit an IT Support Assistant to join their onsite technology team in Acton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands‑on technical support and wants exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and business projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1st line IT support across hardware, software, and business applications
- Managing and resolving service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
- Escalating complex issues where required
- Preparing, configuring, and shipping IT equipment for new starters and internal moves
- Maintaining accurate asset management records and technical documentation
- Supporting bespoke business systems and user testing activities
- Assisting with IT infrastructure rollouts and technology projects
- Identifying opportunities to improve service desk processes and user experience
- Delivering responsive onsite support to warehouse teams
- Installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, peripherals, and cabling
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime

- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk environment
