Account Manager

A leading creative agency is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate and deliver standout projects for major global brands. This position is hands-on, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and account leads to keep projects on track, maintain high quality standards, and build strong client relationships.

Role: Account Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Leicester – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
• Producing clear project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Overseeing budgets and allocating resources across multiple workstreams
• Reviewing creative outputs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and keeping them updated throughout
• Maintaining documentation, SoWs, and financial tracking
• Working with teams across the agency to resolve issues and optimise processes

What you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative or agency setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence handling several projects at once and working to tight deadlines
• Strong familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of creative production workflows; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is beneficial
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
