An established and growing hotel group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead its F&B strategy across multiple properties. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone with a passion for food, a commercial mindset and a proven ability to raise standards across a portfolio
The Role
Working closely with the Group Operations Manager and Executive Chef, you'll drive food revenue, enhance the guest dining experience and play a key part in developing and launching new menus. You'll be responsible for:
Setting and leading the food and beverage strategy across the group
Improving profitability through effective cost and stock control
Developing, coaching and mentoring F&B teams across all sites
Ensuring consistency and high standards throughout the portfolio
Identifying new revenue streams and promotional opportunities
Building and strengthening supplier relationships
Continuously improving service and product quality to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction
About You
Significant experience in hotel food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on food
A track record of longevity and stability in previous roles
Confident analysing KPIs and managing budgets
Experience reducing wastage and introducing innovative F&B concepts
A collaborative leader who can work alongside senior operations and culinary teams
Ambition to help grow and shape a developing hotel brand
