What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact across our top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers and apps - covering both Western and Eastern European clients
- Own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding, integrating and troubleshooting to drive performance growth and retention
- Provide strategic consultation and day-to-day support to maximise publisher success and revenue
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and lead upsell initiatives of Digital Turbine products and integrations
- Partner across internal teams, such as Sales, Engineers, Product, Legal and Finance with regards to account setup, optimisation, QA and invoicing.
- Proactively analyseaccount data and deliver clear, actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve technical and business challenges by coordinating with internal teams and keeping clients informed
- Share knowledge, trends, and case studies with internal teams to foster best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking
- Bi-lingual with English and Russian - fluent written and spoken
- 2 years experience in the ad tech industry is desirable, with a strong background in account management, client services or customer success.
- Hands-On knowledge of mobile ad tech, including RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms.
- A working knowledge of the mobile app industry, specifically utility and gaming.
- A hunger for scoping growth opportunities and selling DT’s products to a wide range of clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior-level clients and key internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data or technical issues for clients.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
