About the Role
As a Senior Demand Partner Manager you will serve as the primary account manager for our existing third‑party (3P) demand partners, focusing on driving sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Technical Optimization: monitor and improve critical KPIs, including bid rate, match rate, win rate, and total spend.
- Demand Generation: move beyond reactive support with commercial growth motions.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner closely with product and ad ops teams to remove technical hurdles and friction, unlocking incremental scale across the platform.
- Own day‑to‑day relationships with DSPs and performance buyers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting bid rate, match rate, and win rate while identifying key optimization levers across auction mechanics, deal setup, and supply alignment to maximize spend.
- Service day‑to‑day operational needs and continually optimize partner performance.
- Drive joint direct/indirect demand (revenue) generating initiatives at the ground level.
- First line of technical support (including PMPs for DSP/SSP partners).
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in programmatic advertising, specifically within demand‑side management or yield optimization.
- Technical Literacy: deep understanding of the OpenRTB protocol, Header Bidding, and DSP troubleshooting.
- Analytical: ability to translate complex data sets into actionable optimization strategies.
