Digital Turbine is looking for an Account Manager to work on our global Brand team. The perfect candidate is a team player who is hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly. This Account Manager will be based in London supporting UK customers and reporting to our regional Client Services lead.
Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this role is to support the UK Brand Client Services Team with client reporting, proposal plan creation, custom app list creation, post-campaign analysis, activation, etc.
- Accountable for completing requests accurately & meet deadlines.
- Assist in managing multiple client campaigns & ensure a successful launch, delivery, and performance.
- Managing throughout the pre-launch process: asset collection, creative build, client kick off calls, etc.
- Post-campaign launch duties: client reporting and optimisation recommendations.
- Identifying potential upsell/incremental opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer support to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other departments: creative, billing, sales, etc.
- Activation of campaigns: setting up programmatic deals, setting up managed campaigns, troubleshooting.
- Ongoing campaign monitoring and optimisation.
- Understanding of ad tags, third party tracking.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, and Marketing preferred).
- 2-4 years’ experience in Digital Media at an agency, publisher or Ad Tech company.
- Programmatic Advertising knowledge.
- Ability to analyse data to pull out trends.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite products.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Self-starter.
- Positive attitude, energetic, with sense of humour.
