We’re working with a fast-growing, ambitious UK manufacturer and supplier in the construction materials space. They’ve quickly scaled into a nationwide supplier of industrial products and solutions, serving both trade and DIY customers across the UK. With around 25% of revenue already coming from online, they’ve built strong digital foundations, including c.80,000 monthly website visitors. They are now investing heavily in digital to unlock the next phase of growth, including the launch of a brand-new website.

The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of eCommerce performance and play a key part in scaling the online channel. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with a new website launch underway. The focus will be on improving conversion rates (currently c.0.25%, with a target of 0.6%), optimising the customer journey, and using data to continuously improve performance across the site. This includes product pages, UX, content, and on-site merchandising.

Alongside this, you’ll review and optimise a £50k/month paid media spend and help build a stronger organic channel, with SEO currently a major opportunity area.
