Digital Tonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led consumer brand as they look to appoint an experienced Head of DTC.
Operating within the health and wellness sector, they’ve built a loyal customer base through innovative products, a strong digital-first approach and a genuine commitment to improving customers’ everyday lives.
This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team and take ownership of the entire direct-to-consumer commercial strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the growth of the online business, taking responsibility for ecommerce performance, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and overall commercial success.
This is far more than a performance marketing role.
You’ll bring together acquisition, ecommerce trading, CRM, CRO and customer experience to create a best-in-class DTC operation, using data and customer insight to continually improve performance.
You’ll thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have genuine autonomy, influence strategic business decisions and play a key part in shaping the future of an ambitious, scaling brand.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with exceptional digital expertise.
Previous experience leading DTC, e Commerce or Growth within a consumer-facing brand.
A strong background in performance marketing, with hands-on knowledge of channels such as Meta, Google and other paid acquisition platforms.
Experience owning or influencing ecommerce trading, website performance, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
A solid understanding of CRM, customer retention, lifecycle marketing and customer lifetime value.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and using data to drive strategic decisions.
Knowledge of Amazon or other online marketplaces would be advantageous.
Experience within health, wellness, FMCG, beauty or another fast-growth DTC business would be highly advantageous.
You’ll become part of an ambitious leadership team with significant investment behind the business and the freedom to make a genuine commercial impact.
You’ll have ownership of one of the company’s most important revenue streams, helping shape both the customer experience and the long-term digital strategy.
Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from a performance-related bonus, hybrid working and the opportunity to play a key role in scaling an exciting challenger brand.
Salary will depend on experience, with the upper end being c.£We require you to be in the office in Warwickshire at least 2 days a week.
