The role involves leading and scaling customer growth strategy across offline and online channels for a well-established healthcare services business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven acquisition leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
You’ll take full ownership of customer acquisition activity, with responsibility for driving scalable demand generation across multiple channels while ensuring strong ROI and alignment with operational capacity. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll lead acquisition strategy while also remaining actively involved in execution, optimisation and continuous improvement activity.
You’ll oversee the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, digital, telesales, email and SMS, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and within budget (currently around 30% of acquisition comes from Direct mail). This will involve working closely with external agencies and suppliers, as well as using data and insight to continually optimise campaign performance and customer conversion journeys.
A key part of the role is identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities. While a significant proportion of acquisition currently comes through direct mail, there is substantial opportunity to test and scale additional channels including TV, radio, partnerships and wider brand-led activity. The role also carries full commercial responsibility for acquisition budgets and performance metrics, including CPA, conversion rates and overall ROI.
You’ll balance demand generation with clinician capacity, ensuring acquisition activity supports wider operational efficiency and business performance. Alongside campaign delivery, you’ll manage and develop a small team, setting clear expectations and driving a culture of accountability, pace and delivery across the function. You’ll also work cross-functionally with customer services, scheduling, IT and field teams to ensure alignment across the wider customer journey.
This is a highly visible role that would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on growth environment and enjoys building scalable acquisition strategies while delivering measurable commercial impact.
