We’re looking for a talented Senior Paid Media Specialist to join a growing digital team and take the lead on planning, building and optimising high-performing paid campaigns for an exciting mix of household-name clients. You’ll work across Paid Search and Paid Social, designing strategies, shaping audiences, writing engaging ad copy and using data to deliver measurable results.

Working closely with the wider digital marketing team, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, always keeping client objectives front and centre. You’ll play an active role in client meetings alongside senior team members, provide clear communication via email, and take ownership of reporting, insights and recommendations.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong paid media experience who loves staying on top of industry trends and wants to continue deepening their expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be mentored by a Paid Team Lead and work in a relaxed office near central Bournemouth, and close to transport links, local amenities and just a short walk from the beach.
