We’re partnering with a hugely successful, fast-growing digital business to find a Senior Email Marketing & CRM Manager to lead one of the company’s most important performance channels.

The Role
This is a hands-on but strategic CRM role where you’ll own email marketing performance end-to-end - from campaign planning and automation strategy through to execution, optimisation and reporting. You’ll lead the creation of high-performing email campaigns, behavioural journeys and transactional communications, ensuring every touchpoint feels polished, engaging and commercially effective. You’ll work across customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing, continuously refining journeys to improve engagement, conversion and lifetime value.
The role combines strategy with delivery, so you’ll be just as comfortable building automations and segmentation flows as you are analysing performance data and shaping the wider CRM roadmap. You’ll also manage and mentor a direct report, helping develop standards, processes and best practice across the channel. This is a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where email is a genuinely high-growth channel with strong visibility and impact across the business.
Skills and Experience
- Has strong experience in Email Marketing and CRM within an ecommerce or D2C environment
- Has hands-on experience building automations, flows and customer journeys
- Is commercially minded and passionate about performance optimisation
- Has experience with ESP / CRM platforms such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo or similar
- Enjoys working with data and using insight to improve campaign performance
- Is a confident copywriter with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Has experience mentoring or managing team members
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving business
- Brings a collaborative, positive and solutions-focused mindset
