This is a genuinely interesting opportunity to take full ownership of social media for a growing medical business that’s actively trying to break the mould in a traditionally “old-school” sector. You’ll sit within a small, hands‑on digital marketing team and be responsible for shaping and delivering the social media strategy across both B2B and B2C channels – from LinkedIn through to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The focus here is on high‑quality, creative content. You’ll be filming, editing and publishing video‑led social content that educates, engages and ultimately helps position the brand as a market leader. You’ll also get exposure to partnerships with professional sports teams and athletes, giving you access to content opportunities most social roles simply don’t have. If you’re someone who likes autonomy, isn’t afraid to get in front of the camera, and wants to do something genuinely different with social – this one’s for you.
Skills & Experience

- Strong experience managing both B2B and B2C social channels
- Confidence filming and editing video content end‑to‑end
- Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or After Effects
- A proven track record of growing social channels and audiences

- Bonus points if you enjoy working with people, attending events, and capturing content live rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
Depending on your level of experience, there’s a salary on offer of up to £35k. This is such a great opportunity to own social media end‑to‑end, not just posting content. This is a great opportunity for social media marketers who want plenty of autonomy. If you’re looking for a social role with real ownership, creative freedom, and the chance to make an impact in a space that’s ready for disruption, we’d love to hear from you.
