We’re working exclusively with a fast growing, regulated direct to consumer healthcare business that is reshaping how patients access treatment online. With a strong digital acquisition engine and a subscription led model, the business is investing heavily in optimising its customer journeys to drive sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance.

This is not a role focused purely on feature delivery. It’s a commercially driven product position sitting at the heart of marketing, clinical and development, where experimentation, optimisation and measurable impact are central to success. They’re now looking for a Front End Product Owner who thrives on improving digital journeys, running structured experiments and translating behavioural data into meaningful product improvements.

The Role

This is a hands on product ownership role focused on the end to end D2C customer experience. You will own the front end journey across landing pages, consultation flows, checkout, subscription management and ongoing patient engagement.

Working closely with Marketing, you’ll ensure a seamless transition from acquisition campaigns to on site experience, optimising every touchpoint to improve conversion rate, average order value and retention. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with Clinical teams to ensure patient safety, regulatory standards and compliance remain central to every decision.

You will take ownership of the front end product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with the development partner through sprint planning, refinement and delivery. You’ll be involved in QA validation and will define clear success metrics for new features and enhancements, monitoring performance post launch and iterating quickly.

This is an environment that values data over opinion. You’ll use behavioural analytics tools such as Contentsquare to identify friction points and drop off patterns, supporting structured A/B testing and experimentation across key journeys. You’ll document learnings, build evidence based cases for change and balance quick conversion wins with longer term platform enhancements.

There is a strong regulatory dimension to the role. You’ll need to understand and apply GPhC, MHRA and data privacy requirements, ensuring consultation flows and digital journeys meet both commercial and clinical governance standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of commercial growth, customer experience and regulated product delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
  • Experience owning customer facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or transactional environments
  • Strong experience writing user stories and structured acceptance criteria
  • Hands on involvement in sprint planning and working closely with development teams
  • Experience improving conversion funnels and optimising digital journeys
  • Confidence using behavioural analytics and performance data to inform decisions
  • Exposure to experimentation or A/B testing frameworks
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with regulatory or compliance requirements
  • Agile or Scrum certification is advantageous
  • Clear communication skills with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder groups

You’ll be joining a business in a high growth phase where digital product is central to commercial success. There is genuine opportunity to shape the customer journey, influence experimentation strategy and see a direct link between your work and subscription growth. The culture is collaborative, data driven and ambitious, with hybrid working from head office and a salary in the region of £50k–£53k.
