We’re partnering with a UK eCommerce brand that has built a genuinely impressive customer base within the home interiors space, with their products now featured in homes all over the globe. Having established strong foundations and a clear brand identity, the business is now focused on scaling its performance marketing function and is looking for the right person to lead that charge. This is a commercially driven, founder‑led environment where creativity and data sit side by side, and where the work you do will have a visible, direct impact on growth.
The Role
This is a hands‑on performance marketing leadership role for someone who wants genuine ownership of paid media strategy, not just day‑to‑day management of campaigns. Meta is the primary acquisition channel, but the remit extends across paid social, creative strategy, content and team leadership. You’ll take full ownership of the paid media function, shaping strategy, managing budgets and driving performance against key commercial metrics including ROAS, CAC and CVR. Creative testing is central to this role. You’ll oversee an in‑house creative team and a growing UGC database, managing the full feedback loop from concept and brief through to upload, analysis and iteration.
In practice, you’ll plan and execute performance‑driven creative across Meta, TikTok and Google, manage day‑to‑day campaign operations across multiple platforms, lead weekly performance reviews sharing data findings and content learnings, and stay ahead of platform updates and emerging ad formats to find new winning angles and hooks. You’ll also oversee communication with freelance editors and strategists, ensuring the content bank is continuously evolving. This is a great opportunity for someone who thinks as much like a creative strategist as a performance marketer, and who thrives when they can see the direct link between their ideas and the numbers.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ hands‑on paid media management with a strong focus on Meta
- Proven experience managing campaigns, uploads and performance analysis within Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable owning budgets and reporting against ROAS, CAC and CVR
- Experience briefing and managing creative teams or freelancers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally within a growing business
There is a salary on offer here of up to £45k. This is an in‑house role with a brand that is growing at pace, offering real scope to build and shape a performance marketing function from a position of genuine influence. You’ll have a team around you, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to develop your career as the business scales. You will be required to be in the office 3 days a week on the outskirts of Worcester, with onsite parking provided. If you’re a performance marketer who wants to lead on creative strategy, own the numbers and build something meaningful within a growing eCommerce brand, this is well worth a conversation.
