An established performance marketing agency in Bristol is looking for a proactive Paid Search Specialist who’s eager to learn and develop but is already able to implement and optimise paid media adverts to a good level – particularly across Google and LinkedIn – Meta a nice-to-have.
This role will take your career to the next level, giving you hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, while giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists, developing your skills every day.
The Role
As Paid Search Specialist, you’ll support the setup, management, and optimisation of multi-platform paid campaigns. You’ll get involved in planning, keyword and audience research, writing ad copy, and analysing performance data to find new opportunities for growth. You’ll help create reports for clients, collaborate with SEO, Strategy, and Content teams to deliver integrated campaigns, and stay up to date with the latest platform updates and trends. It’s a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in paid media and be part of a team that values curiosity, learning, and results.
Skills and Experience
- 1 year+ experience in paid media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Has hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta Ads a bonus)
- Confident creating performance reports and drawing insights from data
- Understands Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Has great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- (Bonus) Has Google Ads certification—or is keen to complete it soon
- Is proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn from experienced specialists
