Are you a hands-on paid media specialist who enjoys diagnosing campaign performance issues and finding smart, structured ways to improve results? Do you enjoy testing, analysing and optimising campaigns to drive measurable commercial impact? We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital platform to hire a Paid Media Specialist to join their performance marketing team. These roles sit at the heart of the business’s growth strategy and will focus on managing and optimising campaigns across paid search and paid social.
This role offers flexi-time working and incredible benefits including a two week paid shutdown over Christmas that’s not taken out of your holiday allowance – amazing if you have kids.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across both search and social channels, managing them day-to-day and continuously improving performance through structured optimisation and testing. Your focus will be diagnosing campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and implementing data-driven changes that improve metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion rates. You’ll work across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta, with exposure to additional paid social platforms such as TikTok. Campaign performance is closely measured, so you’ll regularly analyse data, develop optimisation hypotheses, and implement changes to drive stronger results. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team including SEO, creative and product specialists, ensuring campaigns align with broader growth initiatives.

- Has worked with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
- Has strong analytical skills and enjoys working closely with campaign performance data
- Has experience improving metrics such as CPA, ROAS or conversion rates
- Uses structured testing and optimisation approaches to improve campaigns
- Can confidently explain optimisation decisions and performance trade-offs
- Is organised and comfortable managing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Additional experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager or paid media automation tools would be beneficial.

Additional perks include city-centre parking, flexitime between 6am and 8pm, regular team socials, and a collaborative working environment with strong performance marketing focus.
