Are you an experienced analyst with an excellent understanding across all digital marketing channels? Are you someone who enjoys using data to influence business strategy and decision-making? If so, then we might have just the role for you!
This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Analyst to join a fast-growing, data-driven business and play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is understood, measured, and optimised. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and commercial performance, you’ll take ownership of turning complex, multi-channel data into clear, actionable insight that drives smarter decision-making across the business.
You’ll work across the full customer journey, connecting activity across digital, CRM, offline channels, and assisted sales to build a true picture of performance and identify where growth can be unlocked. Day to day, you’ll be analysing performance across channels including web, CRM, paid media, email, direct mail, and telephony, using tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Dynamics, and Power BI. You’ll design and maintain dashboards, interrogate data, spot trends (and anomalies), and translate what’s happening into meaningful commercial recommendations.
A big part of the role is acting as the bridge between marketing and data, by working closely with a central data team to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and genuinely useful. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how data is tracked and measured, contributing to tagging frameworks, attribution models, and experimentation plans.
This is not just a reporting role. We’re looking for someone curious, who is excellent at problem solving, and influencing decisions. You’ll be expected to challenge data, sense-check outputs, and confidently communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing analytics, insights or data role within a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, CRM, offline, assisted journeys)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and paid media platforms
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI (or similar)
- Comfortable working with SQL to query and validate datasets
- Strong understanding of attribution, measurement frameworks, and tracking (including Google Tag Manager)
- Experience analysing end-to-end customer journeys and connecting channel performance to commercial outcomes
- Ability to interpret A/B testing and experimentation results
- Experience working with structured/curated datasets and defined business metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Benefits
You’ll be joining a fast-moving, high-growth business with a genuinely collaborative and people-first culture. There’s a strong focus on development, with access to a dedicated learning academy and ongoing opportunities to grow your skillset. Alongside this, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package including 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, health cash plan, life assurance, pension, and a range of family-friendly and wellbeing support initiatives. The environment is modern, supportive, and set up to help people do their best work, with additional perks like discounted gym membership, cycle to work scheme, and free on-site parking.
