An established and growing consumer brand within the garden and outdoor sector is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of its EU and B2B channels. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will take ownership of day to day campaign execution across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will be comfortable executing integrated marketing campaigns, writing content and working with translators, creating and optimising email campaigns, implementing print advertising campaigns and supporting on trade shows and events. Time will be split across B2C activity in the EU and B2B activity in the UK & EU. You will coordinate closely with digital, print and EU agencies, ensuring localisation across territories is accurate and on brand, and support inbound marketing activity targeting key Managers.
Alongside campaign delivery, there will be responsibility for blog writing, B2B case studies, social media, email communications and the organisation of point of sale materials with designers. This is a varied, hands on role that requires someone who can balance creativity with commercial awareness, understand conversion rates, and use analytics to inform decisions. The environment is fast moving, with change underway and clear growth ambitions across Europe. This is a business critical hire with genuine ownership and visibility.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience working within a product led or eCommerce environment rather than a pure service marketing background
- Proven experience executing multichannel campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Strong content writing skills, both short and long form, with the ability to adapt tone for B2C and B2B audiences
- Experience managing email campaigns
- Comfortable managing agencies and external partners
Desirable
- Exposure to EU or international marketing would be advantageous
- Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Dutch, would be highly beneficial
- Design capability using Photoshop and InDesign would be an advantage
- Experience supporting trade shows or events would be valuable
There’s a good salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience. This is a supportive and collaborative business with a friendly office environment, on site parking and flexibility around start and finish times within a 9 to 5 structure. This is predominantly office based, with at least 4 days on site each week, so if you require more flexibility then unfortunately this isn’t the role or environment for you.
Interviews will include a task based element and the process is moving quickly, so if you’re a commercially minded Marketing Executive who enjoys delivering campaigns across multiple markets and being part of a growing brand, then apply now or contact Ewan for more information.
