We’re working with a well-established, small finance advisory firm as they look to hire a Marketing Manager to lead the growing Marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for building and leading a marketing function to consistently generate high-quality pipeline and strengthen sector positioning.

In addition, you’ll own the CRM and MarTech ecosystem, driving data quality, process adoption of digital transformation and automation with new technologies where they add value. You’ll be responsible for building robust reporting and dashboards, giving the business clear visibility of performance and pipeline. You’ll operate as a key business partner to the CEO and Partners, translating sector priorities into clear strategy.

Alongside this, you’ll lead on content, campaigns, PR, events, CRM and marketing technology, ensuring all activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivering measurable impact. You’ll also oversee external communications, ensuring all content is clear, consistent, on brand and aligned to the firm’s positioning.

This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial strategy and growth planning, ideal for someone who enjoys combining leadership, data, marketing and origination in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation and performance reporting (experience with Dynamics 365)
  • Proven experience leading B2B marketing, or growth functions within a professional services or advisory environment
  • Track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth through integrated marketing and origination activity
  • Experience managing or developing a small team, with clear ownership of performance and delivery
  • Highly process-driven with strong attention to detail and experience building structured, repeatable ways of working
  • Experience managing both marketing and outbound origination activity within a joined-up operating model
  • Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners or Directors

Salary for this role is up to £65,000 depending on experience, alongside a strong bonus structure and long-term incentive opportunities through an EMI scheme.
