We’re working with a fast-growing, performance-led eCommerce agency who are building the next generation of DTC brands. Over the past five years, they’ve built a specialist team of eCommerce experts, and they’re now partnered with over 40 ambitious, high-growth DTC brands. Their mission? To drive profitable, scalable growth for 8-figure e-commerce businesses through smart, creative, performance marketing.

Paid Search is a core pillar of their growth engine, and they’re now looking for a senior, hands-on leader to own and scale this function. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of the Paid Search department, leading from the front both strategically and commercially. You’ll own a portfolio of high-spend paid search accounts, including clients with £100k+ monthly budgets, as well as leading, mentoring and developing a team of 3 Paid Search Execs/Managers. You’ll set the standard for best-in-class performance, process and client management, and will be very hands-on with client strategy across the paid search function. You’ll work closely with the wider SLT on paid search channel growth and P&L, constantly raising the bar across the team.

We really do need someone with a strong background in eCommerce paid media here. Your clients operate at the top of their game and need a partner who can innovate with them and always be one step ahead in the industry. This is your chance to build out a high performance paid media team.

Skills & Experience

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in Paid Search, ideally within e-commerce / DTC
  • Has agency experience (DTC / eCommerce agency background ideally)
  • Has people management experience (you’ll be inheriting and growing a team of 3)
  • Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
  • Is strong analytically and confident working with data to drive decisions
  • Is an excellent communicator, commercially sharp, clear, and confident with clients
  • Brings a leadership mindset and leads by example, not just by title

Depending on your level of experience, we’re looking at a salary of £60k+, along with an annual bonus of c.7.5%, 26 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays, annual pay reviews, clear progression, a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 remote, monthly eCommerce training from external partners (e.g. Shopify), and free onsite parking. This business is high performing and wildly successful! This is your opportunity to join an exceptional agency with a roster of dream clients!

If you’re a senior Paid Search specialist who’s ready to step into a true leadership role, own a function, and make a real commercial impact inside a fast-growing eCommerce agency, this one’s well worth a conversation. Reach out to Stacey in the team for more details.
