The Company Digital Tonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led consumer brand as they look to appoint an experienced Head of DTC.

Following significant investment and an exciting period of growth, the business is entering its next phase of expansion, with ambitious plans across the UK and international markets.

Operating within the health and wellness sector, they’ve built a loyal customer base through innovative products, a strong digital-first approach and a genuine commitment to improving customers’ everyday lives.

This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team and take ownership of the entire direct-to-consumer commercial strategy.

The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the growth of the online business, taking responsibility for ecommerce performance, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and overall commercial success.

Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, you’ll ensure every stage of the customer journey is optimised to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

This is far more than a performance marketing role.

You’ll bring together acquisition, ecommerce trading, CRM, CRO and customer experience to create a best-in-class DTC operation, using data and customer insight to continually improve performance.

You’ll thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have genuine autonomy, influence strategic business decisions and play a key part in shaping the future of an ambitious, scaling brand.
