We’re working with a premium British fashion brand, based in the Cotswolds, as they look to hire an Art Director into a newly restructured team. This is a hands-on creative role, sitting at the heart of the brand’s visual output, working closely with senior leadership, including the founder, to bring an established aesthetic to life across campaigns, shoots, and content. This isn’t about reinventing the brand, and more about executing and elevating a very clear creative vision with precision and consistency.
You’ll play a key role in shaping seasonal campaigns, developing mood boards and concepts, supporting casting and shoot direction, and ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints, from eCommerce through to social, print, and brand campaigns. On set, you’ll work closely alongside the founder and wider creative team to deliver high-quality output, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s identity.
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with marketing, PR, and production, but it does require someone confident enough to hold their own in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, where standards are high and getting it right matters. The role is based on-site in the Cotswolds studio, with an expectation of at least four days per week in the office.
Skills and Experience- Previous experience in a Brand Creative, Art Direction or similar role within a premium or luxury fashion brand
- A strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking and execution across multiple channels
- A clear understanding of brand aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling within fashion
- Experience supporting or contributing to campaign shoots, including mood boarding, casting, and on-set direction
- Strong understanding of photography, video production, and post-production processes
- Ability to translate a brand vision into consistent, high-quality creative output across all channels
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders, including founders, and operating within a defined creative vision
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Salary is likely to sit in the region of £60,000–£75,000 depending on experience, reflecting the level and calibre required for the role. You’ll be joining a well-established but still fast-growing premium fashion brand at an exciting stage of its journey, with clear ambition to continue expanding both in the UK and internationally. It’s a close-knit, founder-led environment where creative plays a central role in the brand’s success, and you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, influencing how the brand shows up across every touchpoint. The studio is based in the Cotswolds, offering a unique working environment, and this role provides real ownership and visibility within the business for someone looking to develop their career within premium fashion.
If this feels like the right next step and you have experience working within a premium or luxury fashion environment, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply or get in touch with Ewan for more detail.
