Want to learn PPC properly from an experienced agency team? Love the idea of working on real client campaigns instead of just theory and training videos? If that sounds like you, this could be a brilliant opportunity.

We’re working with a highly respected integrated marketing agency that’s looking to add a Paid Media Executive to its growing digital team. This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who’s excited by digital marketing and wants to build long-term expertise in PPC and paid media.

This agency has built an outstanding reputation for both the quality of its work and the culture it has created internally. They work with a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors, delivering integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital, creative and strategy. The team is collaborative, ambitious and genuinely supportive, and the business has recently been recognised nationally as one of the UK’s best places to work. People are encouraged to learn, contribute ideas and develop quickly.

The Role

You’ll join the paid media team and support the delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, gain exposure to a broad client portfolio and develop a strong understanding of how paid media campaigns are built, managed and improved.

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting PPC campaign setup and optimisation
  • Monitoring performance and analysing campaign data
  • Producing reports and identifying trends
  • Keyword research and audience targeting
  • Writing and testing ad copy
  • Supporting landing page and conversion analysis
  • Keeping up with platform updates and industry trends
  • Collaborating with wider digital and creative teams
  • Contributing ideas during internal planning sessions
Skills and Experience

The agency is open-minded on background and experience - they care far more about mindset, attitude and potential. They’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in digital marketing and PPC
  • Is eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working with data and problem solving
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Brings a positive, team-focused attitude

Any exposure to Google Ads, paid social, analytics tools or digital marketing - whether through work experience, university, certifications or personal projects – would definitely be beneficial, but it’s not essential.

Benefits

Alongside a competitive entry level salary depending on experience, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced paid media team, work across a varied and exciting client portfolio, and join a business that genuinely invests in its people. Additional benefits include health cover, pension, flexible working, regular socials and away days, charity days and a genuinely supportive culture where people enjoy coming to work.

Sound Good? If you’re excited by the idea of building a career in paid media within a successful and supportive agency environment, we’d love to hear from you. Click the apply button now to send Nick @ Digital Tonic your CV.
