This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social channels, whilst acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients. You’ll work across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Meta campaigns, managing significant budgets and ensuring activity is consistently driving measurable commercial results. You’ll also collaborate closely with creative resources, helping shape messaging and creative direction that not only looks great but delivers performance.
This role would suit an experienced agency-side performance marketer who enjoys being close to the platforms, loves analysing data, and wants the autonomy to influence both client strategy and internal processes.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within a digital agency environment
- Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads would be beneficial
- Confident owning campaigns from strategy and planning through to optimisation and reporting
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue growth
- Experience managing sizeable advertising budgets and forecasting performance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience working alongside designers, copywriters or creative teams
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on delivering client results
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes
Benefits
This is an opportunity to join a growing, ambitious agency where you’ll have genuine ownership over client performance and the freedom to shape strategy rather than simply execute briefs. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of eCommerce brands, giving you exposure to different business models, challenges and growth opportunities. The agency offers a collaborative environment, a strong focus on results, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both client success and agency growth. There is a salary on offer here of up to £50k depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a fully-remote capacity.
