We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK eCommerce brand in the home interiors space, best known for their trend-led collections. With a loyal customer base and strong organic momentum, the business is now focused on taking its owned channels to the next level, and email is central to that. This is a newly elevated focus area for the brand, and they’re looking for someone to truly own it.
This is a hands‑on email and SMS marketing role for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution. You’ll own the full email marketing function end‑to‑end, working closely with the wider eCommerce and product teams to build a programme that drives real retention and revenue impact. The role spans the full lifecycle. You’ll design and build campaigns in Klaviyo and Figma, manage the email and SMS calendar from ideation through to deployment, and take ownership of automated flows, ensuring customer journeys are optimised for engagement and conversion at every stage.
Creative thinking is just as important as analytical rigour here. You’ll be expected to continually test and iterate, whether that be subject lines, creative formats, copy styles, or CTAs. In practice, you’ll lead on campaign ideation and design, build and manage flows and segmentation strategies, conduct A/B tests across all key variables, increase send frequency with a focus on targeted and segmented communications, and track and report on performance across open rate, CTR, conversion and revenue attribution.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thinks like a storyteller but measures everything, and who wants the space to genuinely build and evolve an email function rather than simply maintain one.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience leading email marketing for a DTC or eCommerce brand
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation and campaign management
- Strong copywriting skills across both email and SMS
- Solid understanding of key email performance metrics including OR, CTR, CVR and revenue attribution
- Experience running A/B testing programmes and applying learnings at pace
- A good blend of creative thinking and analytical ability
- Self‑starter mentality, comfortable owning a function independently
Salary and package details are available on application. This is an in‑house role with a brand that is scaling quickly, offering genuine scope to shape the email marketing function from the ground up. You’ll have close collaboration with the wider eCommerce team and real visibility on the impact your work has on business performance.
If you’re an email marketing specialist who wants full ownership of the channel, the freedom to be creative and the data to back it up, this is a really compelling opportunity.
