The Role

We’re working with a leading UK brand in the financial services sector who are looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join their growing digital team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile website, using your creativity and technical expertise to bring designs to life. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a responsive, accessible, and high-performing site in Webflow, translating designs from Figma into polished web experiences.

You’ll manage Webflow’s CMS, implement animations and interactions, optimise for SEO and performance, and collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and engaging digital journey for users.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven commercial experience using and designing for Webflow (Or Similar CMS platforms)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital designs, landing pages and web assets
  • Skilled at working and designing with Figma, bringing static concepts to life
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom tweaks and integrations
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Awareness of SEO, performance optimisation, and API integrations
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects
  • Experience within a regulated or financial services environment would be beneficial but not essential
