Are you a Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys the full mix: campaigns, content, performance and brand? Do you like seeing your work translate directly into real-world products being used globally? We’re partnering with a highly successful, design-led international brand to find a Digital Marketing Manager to support the next phase of growth. This is a business with a strong reputation, truly innovative products, and a global customer base in outdoor, lifestyle and hobby sectors. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants ownership across multiple channels, and thrives in a creative, collaborative team.
This is a broad, hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales. You’ll work across email, social, SEO, PPC and web, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and always-on activity. Content plays a big part in this role. You’ll create and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, ensuring it’s engaging, on-brand and tailored to different audiences. You’ll also take ownership of website updates, ensuring product pages and landing pages are optimised and aligned with campaigns, as well as managing email marketing activity across different audience segments.
Alongside this, you’ll monitor performance across campaigns, using data and insights to refine activity and improve results. You’ll also support channel expansion opportunities, including marketplaces like Amazon, ensuring product content and messaging are consistent and high quality. This is a role for someone who enjoys being both creative and analytical – someone who can build campaigns, create content, and understand how to improve performance through data.
Skills and ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Has experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, PPC)
- Is a strong copywriter, able to adapt tone for different audiences
- Has hands-on experience with CMS platforms, email tools and social channels
- Has a good understanding of SEO, PPC and Google Ads
- B2B lead generation experience would be a big plus to help you drive sales into trade
- Bonus points for experience with Amazon or marketplace channels, product marketing, or video content creation
You’ll be joining a well-established, innovative business with a strong global presence and a reputation for quality and design. The team is creative, collaborative and genuinely friendly, offering a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and take ownership of your work. This is a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of campaigns and products, gaining exposure to both B2B and B2C audiences while continuing to grow your career.
