The Role
You'll own paid media end-to-end strategy, execution, optimisation and scale. You'll be working across Google and Meta as your core, with the freedom to explore and expand into platforms like Pinterest, TikTok and beyond. One minute you're deep in the data: spotting trends, diagnosing performance, making smart, commercial decisions. The next, you're working with the creative team to shape campaigns that actually look and feel like the brand. You'll be balancing growth with efficiency. Scaling what works. Fixing what doesn't. Testing constantly. Learning quickly.

- Analytical by nature – you enjoy working with numbers and spotting patterns
- Commercially aware – you understand how performance links to profit
- Confident being hands-on in platforms while thinking strategically
