We’re partnering with a well-established consumer brand that’s investing heavily in its digital growth and looking to add a Senior SEO Executive to its high-performing Performance Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys balancing technical SEO, content optimisation and commercial strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving organic growth across multiple product areas, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to improve rankings, increase traffic and deliver measurable business results.

Reporting into the SEO Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver the SEO roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised effectively and executed to a high standard. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a genuine commercial impact.

As the Senior SEO Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering the company’s SEO strategy across a range of product areas, helping to drive sustainable organic growth through a combination of technical, on-page and off-page optimisation. Working closely with an experienced external SEO agency as well as internal content, product and digital teams, you’ll ensure SEO best practice is embedded throughout the business. You’ll prioritise SEO initiatives based on commercial opportunity and performance data, monitor the technical health of the website, identify opportunities for improvement and use tools such as Google Search Console to analyse performance and uncover new growth opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for producing regular performance reports, presenting meaningful insights to stakeholders, keeping the wider business informed of industry developments and algorithm updates, and supporting compliance processes while managing relationships with external suppliers and technology partners.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working in an SEO-focused role within a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including conducting technical audits.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and other leading SEO platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of on-page SEO best practice.
  • A solid understanding of Google’s ranking factors and algorithm updates.
  • Experience using data to inform SEO strategy and prioritisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working alongside external agencies or third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for search marketing.
