Are you a Paid Media professional who wants real ownership of clients, campaigns and strategy — without being boxed into one career path? Do you want to work in an agency that actually listens to how you want to grow? We’re working with a well-established Bristol agency to find a Senior Paid Media Manager who can take the lead on end-to-end paid media campaigns for a range of exciting, big-brand clients. You’ll be trusted to manage accounts autonomously, build strong client partnerships, and have a genuine impact on performance from day one.
Hybrid working and flexi-time are part of the culture, and while there’s flexibility, it’s ideal if you enjoy being in the office a few days a week to collaborate, share ideas and be part of a close-knit team.
The Role
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll own campaigns from strategy and planning through to implementation, optimisation and reporting. Your core focus will be Google and Meta, with additional activity across LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit, giving you real variety and scope to broaden your expertise. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, leading meetings, presenting performance, and advising on next steps. You’ll have the autonomy to shape accounts in the way you know works best, with the freedom to test ideas and drive continuous improvement.
Internally, you’ll collaborate with teams across SEO, email, CRM and data to deliver integrated campaigns. You’ll monitor performance daily, test creative and audiences, manage budgets, and turn data into clear, actionable insight that drives growth.
Skills and Experience
- Can manage end-to-end paid media campaigns confidently and independently
- Has strong experience across Google Ads and Meta (essential)
- Understands how to optimise based on performance data and commercial goals
- Is confident with client communication and presenting insights
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Is keen to develop across LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit (experience helpful but not essential)
- Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
You’ll join a friendly, established agency with a great reputation and long-standing client relationships. The team is close-knit, collaborative and split across paid, SEO, email, CRM and data, so there’s loads of opportunity to learn and work in an integrated way.
What really sets this role apart is the flexibility around your career path. The agency will support you to grow in the direction you want — whether that’s stepping into a paid media team lead role, helping paid dovetail more closely with creative strategy, taking a more analytical and performance-led route, developing into a client director, or mentoring the team without any formal people management. It’s about shaping a role that fits your strengths and ambitions.
Apart from hybrid working and flexi-time, the agency is moving into an exciting new office soon, marking the next chapter for a business that genuinely invests in its people and their development.
