With ambitious growth plans, a highly collaborative culture and a strong reputation within the fashion industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that's continuing to invest heavily in both its brand and its people.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about PR, influencer marketing and brand partnerships to play a key role in growing the visibility and reputation of an established fashion brand. Working closely with the Head of PR & Partnerships, you'll help deliver integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, build meaningful relationships with media and creators, and continue to strengthen an engaged and loyal community.

We're ideally looking for someone with experience across PR, influencer marketing or partnerships within the fashion, lifestyle or consumer sectors. However, we'd also be keen to hear from ambitious individuals who have gained experience within an agency or in-house environment and are looking to take the next step within a fast-paced, creative brand where they can make a genuine impact.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of PR & Partnerships, you'll support the delivery of the brand's PR and partnerships strategy, helping to drive media coverage, influencer collaborations and exciting brand activations that continue to elevate the business across multiple channels. This is a varied and highly collaborative role covering traditional PR, influencer marketing, partnerships and community engagement. You'll build relationships with journalists, editors, stylists and creators, coordinating press outreach, managing product gifting and supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns that align with wider brand and marketing activity.

Content and storytelling will play a key part in the role, whether that's drafting press releases and founder interviews, supporting the creation of campaign assets or working closely with the wider Brand and Social teams to ensure PR activity aligns with the overall marketing calendar. You'll also support seasonal events, press days and partnership activations whilst monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to maximise brand exposure.

Alongside campaign delivery, you'll maintain media and influencer databases, manage sample logistics and produce regular reporting to measure campaign success, engagement and return on investment. Success in this role will be measured through increased brand visibility, stronger media relationships, impactful influencer partnerships and continued growth of the brand's community.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within PR, influencer marketing or partnerships, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or a consumer-focused brand
  • Experience building relationships with media contacts, influencers or brand partners
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating press releases, campaign content or marketing copy
  • Good understanding of influencer marketing, social media and the evolving digital landscape
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Confident working collaboratively across multiple teams within a fast-paced business
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva would be advantageous
  • A genuine passion for fashion, branding and community-led marketing

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most exciting fashion brands during a significant period of growth, where you'll play a visible role in shaping the brand's PR and partnerships strategy. You'll work within a creative, collaborative environment where new ideas are encouraged and where you'll have genuine opportunities to develop your career.

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll receive flexible working arrangements, Vitality Health Insurance, generous staff discounts, free access to an online Pilates platform and 28 days holiday, alongside the opportunity to work with a passionate and highly supportive team.
