Rather than chasing quick wins, they pride themselves on becoming a genuine extension of their clients' marketing teams, with many relationships spanning well over a decade. Their client portfolio includes internationally recognised organisations across technology, cyber security and financial services, delivering strategic campaigns, digital experiences and integrated marketing programmes across the UK and Europe.

As the agency continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Group Account Director to play a key role within their Client Services team. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious agency where you'll have genuine influence over major client relationships, whilst helping to develop the next generation of Client Services talent.

The Role

Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you'll lead complex client relationships from both a strategic and commercial perspective, ensuring exceptional delivery whilst identifying opportunities to further develop each account. You'll be responsible for managing and mentoring a growing team, providing support, coaching and direction to help them continue delivering outstanding work.

You could be an experienced Account Director looking to step into a broader leadership position, or an existing Group Account Director looking for greater ownership and influence within a highly respected independent agency.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading large, complex client accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing and developing Client Services teams.
