You'll become a trusted extension of the client's team, managing the delivery of high-profile digital marketing and website projects whilst building long-term relationships with stakeholders across the business. We're ideally looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a background in agency and digital project delivery. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and collaborating with creative, strategy and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. The Role
Reporting into the Client Services leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of one of the agency's largest client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard. Working closely with internal strategy, creative, content, UX, production and development teams, you'll coordinate the delivery of a wide range of digital marketing and web projects from initial briefing through to launch. You'll build trusted relationships with multiple client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact whilst ensuring expectations are managed and communication remains clear throughout every stage of delivery.
Alongside managing project timelines, budgets and resource planning, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, support account growth and contribute to the ongoing commercial success of the partnership. Success in this role will be measured through exceptional client satisfaction, the successful delivery of digital projects, continued account growth and your ability to build long-term relationships across both the client and internal teams.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager position, ideally within a marketing or digital agency environment
- Experience delivering digital marketing, website or integrated marketing projects from initial brief through to completion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust and communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams including strategy, creative, content, UX, production and development
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to add value and support account growth
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can evolve quickly
