The RoleEmail is far more than just another marketing channel here. It's a core driver of customer acquisition, retention, engagement and revenue. As Email Designer, you'll take ownership of the visual design and production of email campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications that reach thousands of customers every single day.
Working closely with the CRM, Brand and Creative teams, you'll bring campaigns to life through beautifully crafted, high-performing email experiences that not only look fantastic but also deliver measurable results. You'll help shape the look and feel of the entire email programme, build scalable templates and components, contribute fresh creative ideas, and play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction feels premium, engaging and on-brand. Skills and Experience- Previous experience designing and building email marketing campaigns for a consumer-focused brand
- Strong understanding of responsive email design and mobile-first best practices
- Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar ESPs
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography and branding
- Experience creating automated email flows, customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Ability to translate briefs and copy into engaging, conversion-focused email experiences
- Experience building reusable templates and modular design systems
- Understanding of email testing, optimisation and performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality creative work
- Experience within eCommerce, D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous
