Are you an SEO Specialist who wants more than just a role maintaining rankings? Do you want to make a real impact in a business that’s growing fast, doing incredibly well, and has a genuinely lovely team culture? We’re working with a very successful, fast-growing digital business that has quickly become a leader in its space. They’re smart, ambitious, approachable, and genuinely fun to work with — and they’re now looking for an SEO Specialist to join them at a brilliant moment in their journey.

This is a role where your work will be seen, valued, and felt across the business. You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, supported by experienced colleagues, and given the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s going from strength to strength.

The Role

As SEO Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of organic search across a wide range of product categories. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be implementing SEO activity, not just talking about it. You’ll work closely with the SEO Manager, content team, developers, and wider marketing function to improve visibility, rankings, and organic revenue.

Your work will span on-page optimisation, content support, link building, and technical SEO — with plenty of scope to lean into your strengths while continuing to develop new skills. You’ll analyse performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs, producing clear insights and reports that help guide decisions. You’ll also support technical audits, monitor competitor activity, identify opportunities and risks, and help ensure SEO best practice is embedded across the site.

This is a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, questions are encouraged, and everyone pulls together to do great work.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience working in SEO, with hands-on implementation experience
  • Confident with on-page SEO and content optimisation
  • Exposure to technical SEO (or is keen to develop further in this area)
  • Comfortable using SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or Ahrefs
  • Enjoys analysing data and turning insight into action
  • Communicates clearly and works well with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Is organised, curious, and proactive
  • Would enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing, and friendly team

You’ll be joining a business that’s not only doing incredibly well, but genuinely cares about its people. The culture is smart, supportive, and down-to-earth — a place where people work hard, laugh a lot, and enjoy what they do. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact, grow your skills, and be part of a company that’s already successful and still scaling fast. It’s a rare opportunity to join at the point where things are established, exciting, and full of momentum.

If you’re an SEO Specialist looking for a role where you can do meaningful work, learn from great people, and help shape the next phase of a brilliant business, don’t wait, apply now.
