  • Bring data to life with clear, impactful insights, driving results for high-spend accounts.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media, with strength in both Search and Social.
  • Proven success working with eCommerce brands.
  • Experience managing budgets up to c£100k.
  • Confidence leading client relationships and communicating performance clearly and strategically.
  • A passion for developing people—you’ll line manage and mentor two Paid Media Execs.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset—always looking for what’s next.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
