As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement and support commercial objectives.
You’ll be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution and performance analysis, ensuring consistency across digital, social, PR, retail and events. This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, on-brand campaigns. You’ll also contribute to promotional planning, key retail moments and ongoing optimisation through data and insights.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a marketing role
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital, e-commerce, social media, PR and events
- Experience analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms or similar
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially aware with a data-driven mindset
