The company specializes in representing a diverse range of talents and leveraging their influence to promote products and services through targeted influencer marketing campaigns.
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Creator or Talent Manager with a focus on UK talent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a diverse range of creators and talents. You will work closely with our UK Talent Management department to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting these creators and talent, as well as identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit talented creators and talent from a variety of platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.
- Develop and maintain relationships with creators and talent, including negotiating contracts and terms of engagement.
- Work with brands to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting creators and talent, including creating and managing social media campaigns, coordinating events, and more.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and growth with creators and talent, including potential sponsorships and partnerships.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of our creator and talent roster, including scheduling, communication, and tracking progress.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices in creator and talent management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, media studies).
- 2+ years of experience in creator or talent management, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with creators and talent at all levels.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Experience with contract negotiation and legal affairs is a plus.
- Experience with delivery and maintenance of products using Canva, Google Drive, Monday.com & other tools.
