SAP Developer (Convergent Mediation)
Rate: Up to 125 per hour – Outside IR35
3 months initially (likely to extend)
Remote – Must work to CET timezone

We're working with a leading global travel company looking for an experienced Convergent Mediation (CM) Senior Developer to join their Financial Systems team. You'll help design and build scalable, high-performance solutions across SAP BRIM, FICA, CI, and Kafka – driving critical integrations and improvements within a complex financial systems landscape.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable solutions in SAP CM, CI, FICA, and Kafka
• Build and optimise CM workflows and integrations (Kafka, REST, File/FTP, DB)
• Develop unit and automation tests, integrate with Git/GitLab
• Troubleshoot complex issues using APL and CM components
• Collaborate with SAP functional experts, ABAP developers, and architects

What you'll bring:

• 9-15 years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP/Digital Route CM and BRIM ecosystem
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, REST APIs, HANA, and data formats like Avro
• Familiarity with Java, Agile tools (Jira), and automation frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of APL, Agents, Analysis, IWF, and related CM components.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
