Manchester City Centre - 2 days per week on-site

Digital Skills are partnering with a leading global technology company that is continuing to grow and evolve. Due to ongoing hiring needs, they are looking for Internal Technical Resourcers to support their busy recruitment team.

You will be part of an established Talent Acquisition function, helping to source and engage candidates for a range of technical roles across Europe. This is a hands-on resourcing role focused on candidate sourcing and screening.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Screening and qualifying candidates before passing them to the recruiters
  • Supporting the recruitment process from attraction through to offer stage
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring teams
  • Helping with volume hiring across multiple locations

What we're looking for:

  • Around 2 year+ experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (internal or agency)
  • Some exposure to tech recruitment is helpful but not essential
  • An interest in areas such as SAP, Salesforce, AWS or Software Engineering
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Someone proactive, eager to learn, and able to start within the next 4 weeks
