The organisation is developing new web and app experiences that will help customers understand, use and renew their loyalty benefits. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on Full Stack Engineer position covering React and TypeScript Front End development, and Java-based web services.You will build production quality customer experiences on AWS, working with Product, UX and engineering teams across multiple international locations. Agentic AI will form an important part of the delivery approach. You will use AI coding agents to accelerate development while retaining responsibility for architecture, testing, security, maintainability and production outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop responsive, accessible, customer facing features across web and app channels. Build micro Front End components using React and JavaScript or TypeScript. Develop Back End-for-Front End services and Java based web services. Design, build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs. Deploy and support services on AWS using infrastructure and deployment tooling such as CloudFormation. Take ownership of features from refinement and technical design through to testing, deployment and production support. Write and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests. Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, accessibility and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural decisions. Monitor service health and investigate defects and production issues. Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers and engineers across distributed teams. Communicate technical risks, dependencies and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
