My client is seeking a Project Manager / Transition Coordinator Contractor to join and work for a large, global business.
The role involves:
- Managing the initial customer onboarding phase for Professional Services projects, including customer engagement, contract review, organizing transition meetings, documentation management, internal coordination, progress tracking, knowledge sharing and handover to project managers.
You will require:
- Strong organizational skills
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with document management systems
- The ability to handle multiple onboarding processes concurrently
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of Pagero’s products
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
