We are publisher and leading provider of high-impact, professional training and development solutions. We specialize in delivering e-learning subscriptions with industry certifications, licensed instructor-led training, and premium on-site consultative courses through our elite Corporate Training Academy. Our clients include top organizations seeking scalable, high-quality education for teams and partners. We also have a large scale annual conference and an upcoming awards initiative.
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our Windsor team. This person will play a key role in expanding our client base and partner ecosystem by driving inbound and outbound sales, managing partnerships, contractors and sales operations, a well as executing growth strategies across multiple training delivery formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads generated by marketing activities and convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments
- Close deals for client team e-learning subscriptions, premium on-site consultative training, and licensed delivery partnerships (Licensed Training Providers) and event bookings and sponsorships
- Assist as part of a team in the procurement and closing deals for strategic partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic prospecting
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Partnership Development
- Source, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., training providers, resellers, sponsors and business alliances)
- Cultivate relationships with training delivery partners to license and deliver our classroom content
- Drive appropriate co-branded initiatives and joint campaigns with partners to expand reach
Account & Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for existing partner accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and success
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery
- Track partner performance, provide feedback, and support go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the training, e-learning, or SaaS sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ideally multi or bi-lingual European languages
Highly desirable
- Background in L&D, corporate training, or HR tech
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise organizations
- International partnership experience
- Building and procuring event sponsorship opportunities
