The Digital Skills Authority is the global industry awarding body for advanced digital and digital business skills. Founded in 2016, we operate internationally with offices and hubs in the USA, UK, UAE, Germany, India, and Singapore. We design and issue industry certifications for high-impact advanced training from the world\’s elite, enabling individuals and organizations to succeed with digital and emerging technologies. Our certification programs include The Certificate in Online Business Series and the Master in Digital Management Program, our DSA Governance Series as well as the Professional Diploma Series focusing on more technical and future skills. We are also launching a new and exciting range of products. Our media and production team (Team AILLIA) are also working on other initiatives within our group and owner\\\’s ventures.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Communications Officer – Multi-brand. The Senior Communications Officer will be responsible for supporting and co-developing strategic communications plans, crafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and enhancing the overall communication strategy across multiple brands. The individual will also be responsible for writing and editing content to ensure consistent and effective communication across a variety of channels and industries. The role working for our in-house media business will enable a variety of work across our corporate business, publishing, technology and media ventures. You will collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders, as well as oversee international freelancers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Press Releases and Media Relations
- Expertise in Communication and Strategic Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in working independently and remotely
- Events, awards and sponsorships
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- B2B and B2C experience in a variety of industries and sectors such as media, training, publishing, retail, digital and technology
- Established reputation and wide industry media contacts (international preferred)
- Any multi-lingual skills highly beneficial
Working within Team AILLIA, this is a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate to grow quickly into a management role. Flexible and committed attitude to our collaboration and competence culture is essential. You must be willing and able to travel when required.
