We are seeking an expert level Paid PPC Performance Marketing Manager with proven hands-on expertise in:
- Be hands-on in setting up paid marketing campaigns (Microsoft Ads strongly preferred).
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists/managers – improve performance through coaching, audits, training, and SOPs.
- Ensure clean, reliable measurements: conversion setup and QA, GA4 alignment, GTM, UTM governance, and performance diagnostics.
- Experience in at least 2 additional programmatic channels (e.g., Paid Social, YouTube, Display/Programmatic, Shopping/Feeds, etc.).
- Establish high standards for quality, speed, documentation, and accountability.
- Help build scalable processes that improve client outcomes and internal efficiency.
- Translate business goals into measurable media plans, including channel mix, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing: ad copy/creative tests, landing page/CRO collaboration, audience experiments, bid strategy tests, and offer positioning.
- Proven expertise in creating effective marketing strategies and reports.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve marketing performance.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects.
- Strong marketing copywriting skills is CRITICAL.
- Proven ability to manage teams and budgets.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Able to work EST hours (work 8am to 5pm EST with breaks).
