We are seeking a senior-level eCommerce Digital Strategist to:
- Lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online
- Create web & marketing strategies for clients
- Lead branding, design, development & marketing teams on building custom sites and effective marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:
- Create eCommerce website & marketing strategies and present them to the client
- Create optimized header messaging for eCommerce sites and provide guidance to designers on UX conversion funnels
- Lead eCommerce website projects from concept to launch
- Ability to show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth
- Give feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performance on each client account
- Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results
- Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool and accounts are all up to date
- Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
- Report to CEO on team performance and metric reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading eCommerce projects from concept to launch
- Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
- Over 3 years experience in managing custom websites, eCommerce, and marketing projects
- Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
- Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
- Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
- Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
- Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
