We are seeking a M&A Advisor that can demonstrate:
- Established relationships with private equity and holding companies in US and global
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and successfully closing M&A transactions
- Experience with selling service based or tech companies

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and originate M&A opportunities through an established network of private equity firms, holding companies, strategic buyers, and investors in the United States & Global markets.
- Identify qualified buyers and investors for companies seeking acquisition, investment, or strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers across the M&A portfolio.
- Lead transaction processes from initial discussions through closing.
- Prepare valuations, transaction analyses, buyer lists, and strategic recommendations.
- Structure and negotiate transactions to maximize shareholder value.
- Monitor M&A market activity, valuation trends, and industry consolidation opportunities.
- Support leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the acquisition, sale, or investment lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, business brokerage, or transaction advisory.
- Proven track record successfully sourcing and closing M&A transactions.
- Established relationships with private equity firms, holding companies, strategic buyers, and institutional investors across the United States and internationally.
- Demonstrated experience selling, acquiring, or advising service-based businesses and tech companies.
- Strong understanding of transaction structures, deal negotiations, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes.
- Proven ability to originate deals through personal relationships and industry networks.
- Experience leading negotiations with founders, business owners, investors, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong financial analysis, business valuation, and transaction modeling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously.
