Engineering Manager – Cybersecurity Applications – Fully Remote

This role is fully remote. Pay range is £100,000 base salary plus equity and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing Applications Engineering organization across three regions.
• Own core SaaS capabilities – onboarding, account lifecycle, auth/SSO, granular access control, notifications, logging and multi‑tenancy.
• Partner tightly with Product and Design to turn complex security data into simple, powerful workflows that customers love.
• Shape engineering practices across teams, embedding quality, security and agility into how software is built and shipped.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams and developing local leads in different regions.
• Experience in cybersecurity products or security data at scale, ideally threat intel / offensive security, in B2B SaaS start‑ups or high‑growth scale‑ups.
• Strong technical grounding across Node.js, Typescript, React, MySQL and cloud‑native architectures (AWS, ECS/K8s, Kafka, Airflow).
• Comfortable driving Agile and DevOps culture, and setting high standards for clean, testable, secure code in fast‑moving environments.
